BROOKLYN NY

The principals recently completed plans to construct a new residential development on a vacant 15,000 sq/ft lot in Williamsburg, Brooklyn.

722 MYRTLE AVENUE, BROOKLYN NY

In 2007, the principals converted the 2 upper floors of a vacant refrigerated meat storage facility, to a state-of-the-art medical clinic for Kings County Hospital. Phase 2 of the project, redevelopment of the 35,000ft ground floor and cellar, is currently underway.

334 EAST 148TH STREET, BRONX NY

In 2005, the principals converted a vacant 16,000ft warehouse in the HUB section of the Bronx into a modern office building. The building is currently occupied by Montefiore Hospital and New York State Office of Family Services.

803 STERLING PLACE, BROOKLYN NY

In 2004, the principals converted an 11,000ft abondoned warehouse into a medical clinic in an up and coming area of Crown Heights. The adjacent lot was subsequently acquired, and the principals recently finalized a deal with the tenant to expand the facility.
